Searching for an outdoor activities enthusiast! Do you love soaking up the sun and spending time on the water? This is a great opportunity for a person who wants to live in the U.S. Virgin Islands and spend their working hours at a luxury resort coaching a team of young managers!

Hospitality Operations Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team in charge of beach, sailing, and activities operations
  • Regularly work in a guest-facing position while managing others
  • Motivate staff to achieve sales goals and provide outstanding guest service
  • Maintain collaborative working relationships with other resort departments and third-party vendors

Hospitality Operations Manager Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of management experience in hospitality
  • Experience with watersports and recreation
  • Experience managing a large team
  • Ability to work flexible hours in challenging environments
  • Experience working/living in the Caribbean or ability to work independently in a remote/challenging environment

Hospitality Operations Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • $65-70k Base Salary
  • Temporary housing assistance
