We are looking for an exceptionally skilled and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO. Must have experience in Finance or banking. This role is not for someone who waits to be told what to do—it’s for a sharp, hyper-competent professional who can anticipate problems before they happen, organize complex schedules seamlessly, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and oversee scheduling for their business partner.
  • Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them before they arise.
  • Handle email management, prioritizing important messages and streamlining communication.
  • Act as the gatekeeper for executive time, ensuring only critical matters reach leadership.
  • Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and key business engagements.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance executive productivity.
  • Work with autonomy and confidence, making decisions without needing constant direction.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a CEO or C-level executive.
  • Should have familiarity with Assana or Monday project management software
  • Expertise in calendar management, email organization, and executive logistics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.
