This venue is a high-energy hotspot that flawlessly transitions from an upscale dining destination into a lively nightclub. We are committed to providing an outstanding culinary experience paired with an electrifying nightlife scene, complete with VIP services, bottle service, and exclusive events. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee all aspects of operations, ensuring seamless service from dinner to late-night entertainment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all restaurant and nightclub operations, maintaining the highest standards in service, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and lead a dynamic team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Oversee VIP experiences, bottle service operations, and high-profile client relations.
- Implement strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to plan promotions, themed nights, and special occasions.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and liquor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, offering personalized and exceptional service.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, inventory control, and financial reporting.
- Handle guest concerns, special requests, and conflict resolution in a professional and effective manner.
- Promote a positive and motivating work environment to enhance team performance and morale.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant and/or nightclub.
- Proven leadership skills in managing and developing large teams in a fast-paced setting.
- In-depth knowledge of nightlife operations, including VIP services and bottle service.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting and cost management.
- Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Experience with POS systems, reservation platforms, and nightclub management software is a plus.
