We are a dynamic and growing hospitality group with multiple brands, each offering unique and exciting dining experiences. This role focuses on one of our most vibrant concepts—an upscale casual brand known for its lively atmosphere and top-tier service. With four thriving locations, we are looking for an energetic and passionate Director of Operations to lead and elevate the brand, driving excellence and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all four locations, ensuring high standards in service, quality, and guest experience
- Lead and develop management teams, fostering a culture of positivity, teamwork, and accountability
- Implement operational strategies to maximize revenue, streamline efficiencies, and enhance profitability
- Work closely with leadership to support brand expansion and future growth initiatives
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and labor regulations
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to drive traffic and customer engagement
- Maintain a hands-on approach, regularly visiting locations to support teams and enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in multi-unit restaurant operations, preferably in an upscale casual or high-energy environment
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for team development and guest experience
- Proven track record of driving sales, improving operational efficiencies, and growing brands
- Financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L management, and forecasting
- Energetic, adaptable, and excited about working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- A desire to grow with the company and take on new challenges
