This growing hospitality group is seeking a Director of Beer to oversee their brewery locations. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Head Brewer or Lead Brewer with 2-3 years of experience in management for breweries. Our client is also seeking someone who is a proven award-winning brewer with the ability to take the brand to the next level. Director of Beer qualifications:

7+ years of experience as Brewer or Head Brewer with a reputable craft beer brand/s
2+ years in management and/or leadership for breweries, above the Head Brewer title
Proven award-winning brewer; you are someone who has won awards for brewing and/or has a reputable name in the craft brewing industry either nationally or locally
Strong leadership and administrative abilities: ability to be VERY HANDS ON daily with team
Strong financial skillset; experience managing a P & L is ideal
Desire to grow with an amazing boutique brand
Ability to relocate quickly if not in the area
