This growing hospitality group is seeking a Director of Beer Operations. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience as a Head Brewer or Lead Brewer with 2-3 years of experience in management for breweries. Director of Beer Operations qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience as Brewer or Head Brewer with a reputable craft beer brand/s
  • 2+ years in management and/or leadership for breweries.
  • Strong leadership and administrative abilities: ability to be VERY HANDS ON daily with team
  • Strong financial skillset; experience managing a P & L is ideal
  • Passion and deep knowledge base for beer and brewing
  • Desire to grow with an amazing boutique brand
  • Ability to relocate quickly if not in the area
