This location is a dynamic and high-energy establishment that seamlessly transitions from a top-tier restaurant into a vibrant nightlife destination. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional dining experience and an electrifying club atmosphere that offers VIP service, bottle service, and exclusive events. We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team, ensuring smooth operations and an unforgettable guest experience from dinner to late-night entertainment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all restaurant and nightclub operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and overall guest experience
- Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation for both restaurant and nightclub teams
- Maintain and enforce high standards for VIP services, bottle service, and overall customer experience
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and increase profitability
- Work closely with marketing and promotions teams to plan events, theme nights, and special occasions
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor laws and regulations
- Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring personalized and exceptional service
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and inventory control
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently
- Foster a positive work environment, ensuring high team morale and strong collaboration
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant and/or nightclub setting
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of VIP services, bottle service operations, and nightlife dynamics
- Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality
- Experience with financial management, budgeting, and cost control
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Familiarity with POS systems, reservation platforms, and club management software is a plus
