We are seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead our team, ensuring smooth operations and an unforgettable guest experience from dinner to late-night entertainment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all restaurant and nightclub operations, ensuring excellence in service, food quality, and overall guest experience
• Lead and manage staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation for both restaurant and nightclub teams
• Maintain and enforce high standards for VIP services, bottle service, and overall customer experience
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue, control costs, and increase profitability
• Work closely with marketing and promotions teams to plan events, theme nights, and special occasions
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and liquor laws and regulations
• Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring personalized and exceptional service
• Manage budgets, financial reporting, and inventory control
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally and efficiently
• Foster a positive work environment, ensuring high team morale and strong collaboration

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume restaurant and/or nightclub setting
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of VIP services, bottle service operations, and nightlife dynamics
• Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for hospitality
• Experience with financial management, budgeting, and cost control
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays as required
• Familiarity with POS systems, reservation platforms, and club management software is a plus
