Our fast-casual restaurant brand is seeking an enthusiastic leader to manage restaurant operations in a brand-new location. Our ideal candidate has the desire to mentor and develop others and believes that success comes by putting your team members first!
Restaurant General Manager Compensation:
- Competitive salary based on experience

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Analyze P&L data and sales projections
- Passionately manage all FOH and BOH operations
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to engage all team members and guests
- Able to resolve all service-related issues with professionalism and efficiency
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience as a restaurant Manager
- Strong P&L management experience
- Hands-on leadership style, leading from the front and by example
- Versatile communication style to effectively interact with all team members and guests
