A luxury Tribal Casino is looking for an experienced Casino Promotions Manager. If you are looking for a new opportunity to develop your skills and looking to utilize your casino background, send me your resume TODAY. Relocation to Northern California.
Promotions Manager Duties:
- Establishes and maintains vendor relationships when coordinating, promoting, and producing on-site promotions.
- Resolve Guest concerns and/or complaints to maintain positive Guest relations, expediting any issues to the appropriate departments, as necessary.
- Complete daily reports and review internal audit documentation for accuracy and completion.
- Sets up and executes promotional events and giveaways; responsible for setup and maintaining all kiosk promotions.
- Publicly serve as the main host and emcee of on-site promotions and events.
- Act as the primary liaison between CRCR and third-party bus tours and charters.
- Manage CRCR internal communication to ensure all departments are properly educated and prepared for upcoming promotions and events
