Restaurant and Banquets Operations Manager
Seeking an Experienced Restaurant and Banquets Operations Manager to lead our service team and ensure that restaurant operations and events run smoothly. This is a hands-on, multifaceted role, and a big-picture mindset, superior work ethic, customer service, and support for your team will all come into play.

- Oversee daily restaurant operations
- Provide and support superior customer service
- Schedule and supervise restaurant and banquet service team
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training to improve
Restaurant and Banquets Operations Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Restaurant or Banquets Manager
- Extensive food, beverage, nad service knowledge
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and/or the ability to learn
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills
