Our client creates a positive atmosphere environment for staff and our clients. The Regional Area Manager role will manage 7 to 12 locations. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • People Management: Developing Location Managers through Manager in Training and Certified Training Location Manager programs. Ensure your region matches appropriate business needs with positive culture through recognition, accountability, support, and employee development. 
  • Company Standards: Promote consistent alignment to company standards, always delivering top-level customer service and reflective in Net Promoter Scores and Google reviews. Maintain a professional and clean facility. Target 10-minute turnaround times. 
  • Data Experts: Become comfortable with Power BI for daily performance analysis, focus on increasing car count, and coach on all key performance indicators. Encourage target delivery, motivate Location Managers with data-driven questions reflecting their current performance and areas of improvement. 
  • Policy and Procedure Experts: Become an expert and teach inventory management, cash handling, training, recruiting, the entire employee life cycle. 

 

Qualifications 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a multi-unit leadership role 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tool Suite 
  • Ability to review and analyze data and current business trends 
  • Manage locations in your area 3-4 days per week 
  • Ability to review and analyze data and current business trends 
  • Experience managing business changes and ensuring your area adapts 
  • Manage teams through new initiatives is a must 
  • Experience managing a budget and influencing financial plan targets 
  • Automotive Industry highly preferred
