About the Role:

As our Executive Chef, you will play a vital role in shaping the restaurant’s identity, leading kitchen operations, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Your expertise in classic and modern French techniques will be key to maintaining the highest culinary standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Leadership: Develop and execute a refined French-inspired menu with a focus on seasonal, high-quality ingredients.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of culinary professionals, fostering a positive and disciplined kitchen environment.
  • Guest Experience: Ensure impeccable presentation, flavors, and consistency in every dish.
  • Operations & Quality Control: Oversee BOH efficiency, inventory, food safety, and kitchen operations while upholding Michelin-level standards.
  • Financial Management: Collaborate with the GM to balance menu pricing, food costs, and profitability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant with a focus on French cuisine.
  • Formal culinary training (degree preferred) and mastery of French techniques.
  • Michelin-starred restaurant experience is a plus.
  • A creative and innovative approach to menu development.
  • Strong leadership, team-building, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food costing, kitchen operations, and industry best practices.
  • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of quality, health, and safety.
