Our client is looking for an Architect to work on projects across central Minnesota. Projects include varied light commercial projects such as healthcare clinics, banks, and offices.
Architect Compensation :
- Base salary $85 – 95k
- Discretionary annual profit-sharing bonuses.

Architect Qualifications:
- Preferred registration as an Architect in Minnesota.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with a demonstrated portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and/or SketchUp.
- Solid understanding of architecture principles, building codes, and land management rules.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead project teams effectively.
Architect Responsibilities:
- Guiding clients through the residential design process, from conception to completion.
- Ensuring all designs comply with applicable building codes and architectural standards.
- Interpreting client feedback to develop aesthetically appealing and functional design concepts.
- Leading a design team from conceptualization to practical implementation.
- Efficiently managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
