Sous Chef Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Preference of 3–5 years of leadership in a culinary role within upscale casual, casual, hotel, resort, or higher education concepts
  • Hands-on style of leadership with a positive mentality
  • A forward-thinking professional that can work independently and resolve issues
  • Ability to grow and develop teams and individuals
  • Proven track record of strong communication with upper management and within the team
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • A professional that sustains and improves existing culinary operations
