Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a strong team of staff members
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Take charge and make key decisions in the absence of the General Manager

Restaurant Manager Qualifications & Benefits:

  • 3+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment, with a strong ability to motivate and develop a team
