Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

Lead, inspire, and develop a strong team of staff members
Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Take charge and make key decisions in the absence of the General Manager

Restaurant Manager Qualifications & Benefits:

3+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant environment, with a strong ability to motivate and develop a team
