We are seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to lead our culinary team in our prestigious fine dining establishment Located in Jacksonville Florida! The ideal candidate will bring a mentoring and compassionate leadership style, and a deep understanding of upscale cuisine to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Develop and execute seasonal menus that align with the restaurant’s concept and vision.
- Source premium ingredients and establish relationships with top purveyors.
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and kitchen budgeting efficiently.
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to create seamless service.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of proven experience as an Executive Chef, in an upscale/fine dining concept.
- Expertise in modern and classic culinary techniques.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional plating and presentation abilities.
