Director of Nursing
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Director of Nursing to lead our growing Ambulatory Surgery Center. If you’re a dynamic leader committed to clinical excellence and patient care, this is your opportunity to join an innovative and supportive team. Director of Nursing Benefits and Compensation:
- Competitive base salary: $120,000–$140,000 + bonus potential

Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of NY and Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- At least 3 years of leadership experience
- Hospital Surgery Staff OR Ambulatory Surgery Center experience
Responsibilities:
- Act as a key resource for the Administrator, surgeons, clinical team, vendors, and staff
- Lead initiatives to enhance patient experiences and clinical outcomes
- Manage staffing, scheduling, and professional development
- Ensure full compliance with all regulatory requirements
