Agile Product Manager
Position Summary
We seek an experienced Agile Product Manager to lead and manage multiple products across our digital portfolio. This role defines and prioritizes product features, ensures alignment with business goals, and drives collaboration between development, design, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Agile product development, a deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment. This role is fully remote
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Own, define, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Continuously refine and adjust priorities based on stakeholder feedback, business needs, and technical feasibility.
- Act as the Scrum Product Owner, working closely with development teams to ensure smooth execution, clear deliverables, and adherence to Agile best practices.
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, standups, and retrospectives.
- Remove roadblocks and ensure teams have the clarity and resources needed to execute effectively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Agile metrics and feedback loops to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and business teams to ensure a seamless user experience and product-market fit.
- Communicate product vision, roadmap, and priorities to leadership and key stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Agile-focused role.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and experience working in Agile environments.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in Agile project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Notion.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
- Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or digital products is a plus but not required.
