Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

🔹 Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality goods and services.

🔹 Work closely with the warehouse team to manage supply and quality across categories such as proteins, packaging, produce, and dairy.

🔹 Lead procurement efforts, managing purchase orders based on demand and business needs.

🔹 Oversee receiving operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and product quality.

🔹 Minimize stock shortages and emergency situations through strategic planning.

🔹 Possess expertise in procurement across various disciplines, including catering supplies, linens, food & beverage, engineering, facilities.

🔹 Analyze data to drive decision-making and optimize purchasing strategies.
