Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years in recruitment, business, or people operations.
- IT or Technical recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong understanding of technical roles (SDLC), sourcing techniques, and recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage the full recruitment cycle.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Based in NYC or SF, with 5 days/week in-office availability.
- Self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
