We seek a dynamic and entrepreneurial Director of Operations for our local restaurant company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and service, an unwavering commitment to excellence, and a drive to promote and develop a team-focused culture and environment.

Director of Operations Qualifications

  • 8+ years of management experience in the hospitality industry, with high-volume experience in independently owned restaurants/groups.
  • Experience managing 10+ units and $40M in annual sales
  • Outstanding communication skills and ability to lead and inspire
  • Ability to work with a large management team, holding them accountable and overseeing their development
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, and hands-on leadership

Director of Operations and Responsibilities and Benefits:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, while driving revenue and maintaining culture
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team with a team-focused approach
