Your Impact

As Director of Sales, you’ll be at the heart of our success. Your role will include:

  • Driving revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Coordinating and executing events that exceed expectations
  • Leading and inspiring your team to achieve shared goals

Who You Are

  • Experienced and ambitious, Driving 40,000 sq ft in convention/ event space with sales.
  • Client-focused, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Highly organized, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
  • A confident communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Comfortable with technology and analytical tasks

What You’ll Need

  • A valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug test (cannabis-friendly policy)
