eCommerce Product Manager

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced eCommerce Product Manager to lead and manage multiple products across our eCommerce portfolio. This role is responsible for defining and prioritizing product features, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving collaboration between development, design, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong background in eCommerce product development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple teams. This is a hybrid role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own, define, and prioritize the backlog for multiple eCommerce products, ensuring clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
  • Work closely with engineering, UX, and marketing teams to develop features that enhance customer experience and conversion rates.
  • Lead Agile processes such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily standups.
  • Analyze user behavior, sales data, and market trends to drive product decisions.
  • Optimize integrations with payment processors, order management systems, and logistics platforms.
  • Ensure business goals are met while balancing technical feasibility and development resources.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in eCommerce.
  • Strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, etc.).
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Notion, or similar product management platforms.
