What You’ll Do As An Upscale Restaurant Manager:

  • Deliver Excellence: Ensure every guest enjoys an unforgettable dining experience through a well-trained and motivated team.
  • Lead by Example: Work hands-on in both FOH and BOH, fostering a culture of teamwork and collaboration.
  • Develop Your Team: Cultivate a people-focused environment, providing ongoing coaching and support to team members.
  • Drive Success: Increase sales through operational excellence and exceptional training programs.
  • Maintain Standards: Oversee daily operations, uphold quality standards, and hold team members accountable.
  • Achieve Results: Balance profitability with outstanding guest satisfaction, delivering value at every level.

What You Bring As An Upscale Restaurant Manager:

  • Leadership Experience: At least 2+ years in a managerial role, preferably in polished-casual, upscale, or fine dining.
  • Hands-On Style: Comfortable working shifts across all areas, including the heart of the house.
  • Servant Leadership: A genuine passion for people and a team-first approach.
  • Track Record: No more than two jobs in the last five years, showcasing your commitment and stability.
  • Operational Expertise: Skilled in P&L management, scheduling, inventory, and ordering.
  • Scratch Kitchen Experience: A love for leading in a hands-on, high-quality culinary environment.
