Upscale Restaurant General Manager Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience in upscale, full-service restaurant environments
  • Hire, train, and develop staff to maintain high service standards
  • Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
  • Oversee restaurant operations, budgeting, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
  • New restaurant opening experience is a huge plus
