Restaurant General Manager Benefits/Compensation:

Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of management experience in full-service Food & Beverage establishments
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest service skills
- Oversee restaurant operations, budgeting, and profitability
- Hire, train, and develop staff to maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and alcohol regulations
