Our client is seeking Founding Engineers with expertise in full-stack development, who are passionate about building high-performance, scalable systems in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical foundation of a rapidly growing company and play a pivotal role in its long-term success.
Tech Stack:
- Frontend: React + TypeScript
- Backend: Python + PostgreSQL
- Cloud: AWS
Founding Engineer Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and scale core infrastructure and product features.
- Architect and implement high-performance, user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop scalable backend services for automation and real-time data processing.
- Lead technical discussions and drive key decisions to define long-term strategy.
- Improve engineering workflows, tools, and frameworks to enhance team efficiency.
- Take ownership of hiring, technical leadership, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Provide mentorship to junior engineers and interns, helping them grow in their careers.
Founding Engineer Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack development, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- Strong command of TypeScript, React, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, high-quality software from the ground up.
- Experience working in fast-paced, early-stage startup environments.
- Passion for building cutting-edge, high-impact technology.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive innovation and technical excellence.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $100,000 – $180,000 base
