What You’ll Do:

Lead with Purpose – Oversee clinical services and guide your team with cutting-edge behavioral analytics and best practices.

Inspire & Mentor – Elevate the skills and knowledge of clinical staff, educators, and school personnel through training and professional development.

Make a Difference – Observe, assess, and implement strategies that directly impact student growth and success.

Data-Driven Decisions – Analyze progress metrics and refine intervention plans to ensure student achievement.

Be a Crisis Expert – Provide essential support and refine protocols to create a safe, effective learning environment.

What You Bring to the Table:

📌 Education & Certification: Master’s degree or higher in Education (PhD preferred), BCBA & LCBA certification strongly preferred.

📌 Experience: 5+ years of hands-on clinical experience with children in school settings.

📌 Leadership: Proven track record of managing and inspiring clinical teams to achieve excellence.
