Our team is growing! We are in search of a Sales Coordinator to support our team. IF you have experience working with Hotel Sales and are looking for a new opportunity, we would love to speak with you!

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Sale Director with all upcoming events
  • Help keep accounting and events organized
  • Administrative role includes speaking with clients, answering incoming calls, follow up with special requests
  • Maintain filing system/office organization

Sales Coordinator Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Previous hotel experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
  • Ability to handle guest concerns, problem solve
  • great communicator with oral and written correspondence
  • Flexibility with work schedule
