Our team is growing! We are in search of a Sales Coordinator to support our team. IF you have experience working with Hotel Sales and are looking for a new opportunity, we would love to speak with you!
Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Assist the Sale Director with all upcoming events
- Help keep accounting and events organized
- Administrative role includes speaking with clients, answering incoming calls, follow up with special requests
- Maintain filing system/office organization
Sales Coordinator Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Previous hotel experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to handle guest concerns, problem solve
- great communicator with oral and written correspondence
- Flexibility with work schedule
