Executive Chef Qualifications:

5 years of experience in Luxury Hotel kitchen management, at least 3 years as Exec. Chef – Michelin or James Beard experience preferred
3 years kitchen leadership experience – CDC, Sous in high end luxury restaurants
Banquet experience – high end events
Formal Culinary Education preferred
Ownership mentality and solid leadership and team building expertise

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

Responsible for menu and recipe writing and SOP'S
Responsible for creating a solid banquet program
Responsible for leading your team
Update and transform the banquet program to high standards
