We have an immediate opening for an Executive Chef at our beautiful resort. If you have high end hotel or luxury resort apply now! We offer a solid salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 and excellent benefits.

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in Luxury Hotel kitchen management, at least 3 years as Exec. Chef – Michelin or James Beard experience preferred
  • 3 years kitchen leadership experience – CDC, Sous in high end luxury restaurants
  • Banquet experience – high end events
  • Formal Culinary Education preferred
  • Ownership mentality and solid leadership and team building expertise

Executive Chef Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for menu and recipe writing and SOP'S
  • Responsible for creating a solid banquet program
  • Responsible for leading your team
  • Update and transform the banquet program to high standards
