Restaurant Manager Requirements:

Exposure to sales volumes of $8 million-plus per year
Hands-on leadership style
Detail focused, high energy, and guest satisfaction driven
Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and wine service skills
Skilled in leading and developing one's team
Effective and clear communication skills
The desire to constantly improve both oneself and the restaurant
Professional image & demeanor

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Leadership presence and ability to make staff connections
Always leads with hospitality
Manage day to day operations of the restaurant
Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching
Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards
Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
