Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Project Manager for Residential Construction to join their team. This key role will oversee all aspects of residential (luxury) construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budgets, and the highest standards of quality and safety in the greater Boston area.

Sr. Construction Project Manager Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual salary between $115k-$135k

Sr. Construction Project Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or a closely related discipline
  • At least 15 years of construction management experience in residential construction
  • Strong proficiency in project management software
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • OSHA 30-hour or other relevant safety certifications (preferred)

Sr. Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Oversee daily construction activities, including subcontractor coordination, material management, and labor scheduling
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies
  • Manage relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem resolution
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal management on project status, risks, and progress
  • Review and approve project invoices, change orders, and financial documentation
  • Resolve conflicts or issues that may arise on-site or with project timelines
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and quality standards
  • Mentor and develop junior project managers and construction team members
