We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial Director of Operations for our local landmark restaurant complex (not multi-unit) serving delicious cuisine, tropical cocktails, and high-end entertainment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for live music, will have an unwavering commitment to excellence, will possess a broad worldview, and will get excited about driving a team-focused culture and environment.

Director of Operations Qualifications
- 8–10 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, with high-volume experience in independently-owned restaurants/groups.
- Financial acumen to help organization reach its goal of $30-$40 Million in sales
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to lead and inspire
- Ability to work with a large management team, holding them accountable and overseeing their development
- Entrepreneurial spirit, and hands-on leadership
Director of Operations Expectations and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, while driving revenue and maintaining culture
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop and high-performing team with a team-focused approach
- Uphold the highest standards of excellence in all aspects of the operation
- Lead with an entrepreneurial and collaborative spirit, working across departments to assure the highest level offerings
