University Registrar Key Responsibilities:

• Manage registration, academic records, transfer evaluations, and graduation processes.
• Develop and enforce academic policies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations (FERPA, FIPA, GDPR, Title IX).
• Oversee student information systems, data security, and reporting for institutional planning.
• Supervise and develop registrar staff, manage budgets, and lead process improvements.
• Collaborate with university departments to support student recruitment, retention, and academic integrity.

University Registrar Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in a registrar’s office with leadership roles.
• Expertise in student information systems (Campus Nexus preferred) and records management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and strategic planning skills.
• Commitment to compliance, data integrity, and student success.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Must have a valid driver's license and transportation
