Help Desk Technician II

Our client is looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician 2 to join our team and help maintain the backbone of an entertainment and hospitality technology. Help Desk Technician II Responsibilities:

Perform IT Support Technician I functions alongside advanced troubleshooting and system management
Manage major hardware and software upgrades to ensure optimal performance
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL databases and network infrastructure
Assist in network design, server installation, and system configuration
Oversee phone system management, including adding/deleting users and voicemail setup
Track updates for firmware, software, and hardware while ensuring full system backups

Help Desk Technician II Qualifications:

2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in gaming, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft products, SQL databases, and network administration
Ability to troubleshoot software, spreadsheets, and databases efficiently
Experience with server and network infrastructure, including installation and maintenance
Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
Must be willing to work Wednesday through Sunday, 4 PM – Midnight

· This is a 2-step interview process: (1) Virtual interview with the GM or Head of IT, and (2) On-site interview with the team.
