Help Desk Technician II

Our client is looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician 2 to join our team and help maintain the backbone of an entertainment and hospitality technology. Help Desk Technician II Responsibilities:

  • Perform IT Support Technician I functions alongside advanced troubleshooting and system management
  • Manage major hardware and software upgrades to ensure optimal performance
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot SQL databases and network infrastructure
  • Assist in network design, server installation, and system configuration
  • Oversee phone system management, including adding/deleting users and voicemail setup
  • Track updates for firmware, software, and hardware while ensuring full system backups

Help Desk Technician II Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in gaming, hospitality, or a fast-paced environment
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft products, SQL databases, and network administration
  • Ability to troubleshoot software, spreadsheets, and databases efficiently
  • Experience with server and network infrastructure, including installation and maintenance
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset
  • Must be willing to work Wednesday through Sunday, 4 PM – Midnight

·      This is a 2-step interview process: (1) Virtual interview with the GM or Head of IT, and (2) On-site interview with the team.
