We are looking for a Senior Litigation Attorney to take charge of our litigation team, overseeing case management from filing to trial and ensuring exceptional legal representation for our clients. Reporting to the Director of Litigation, this leadership role requires strong trial preparation skills, the ability to guide Associate Attorneys, and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for our clients.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Licensing: J.D. from an accredited law school and active Texas Bar license (in good standing)
- Experience: 4-6 years of personal injury litigation experience, including trial preparation
- Leadership: Proven ability to mentor Associate Attorneys and lead case strategies
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal research, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and utilizing case management software
- Negotiation & Advocacy: Strong negotiation skills and courtroom advocacy experience
- Client-Centered Approach: Ability to maintain effective client communication and deliver high-quality legal representation
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage litigation operations, ensuring cases progress efficiently and meet all legal deadlines
- Supervise and mentor Associate Attorneys in pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Work closely with the Director of Litigation to develop and implement case strategies
- Oversee settlement negotiations and pretrial proceedings to drive favorable case resolutions
- Ensure compliance with legal standards, statutes of limitations, and firm policies
- Facilitate seamless collaboration between litigation and pre-litigation teams for case transitions
