As we embark on this exciting journey, we seek an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead our team with professionalism, passion, and strategic vision.

General Manager Responsibilities
- Leadership & Team Development: Oversee front and back-of-house operations, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and accountability.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and mentor employees, conducting performance reviews to drive professional growth.
- Operational Oversight: Optimize scheduling, manage labor costs, and ensure seamless daily operations.
- Financial Management: Monitor revenue, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Customer Experience: Engage with guests, gather feedback, and implement service enhancements to maintain exceptional satisfaction levels.
- Compliance & Safety: Uphold health and safety regulations, ensuring a secure and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute marketing initiatives, build community relationships, and drive brand awareness.
- Inventory & Quality Control: Manage supply chain logistics, ensuring premium ingredient availability while minimizing waste.
Qualifications & Experience
- Leadership Expertise: Minimum 5+ years in restaurant management with a proven track record of success.
- Industry Experience: 10+ years in hospitality, with a strong background in fine dining and customer service.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Restaurant Launch Experience: Prior involvement in opening new concepts is an advantage.
- Culinary Knowledge: Strong understanding of food trends, menu development, and quality assurance.
