Quality Inspector Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary of $50K to $60K

Quality Inspector Responsibilities:

  • Reports To: Owner, with direct exposure to leadership
  • Hands-On Role: Mostly on the factory floor, with some office/admin work
  • Quality Inspections: Check products at different stages to ensure top quality
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and fix quality issues using root cause analysis
  • Team Development: Mentor and train team members to meet quality standards
  • Material Inspection: Check materials before unloading to ensure they meet standards
  • Process Improvement: Implement strategies to enhance product quality
  • Warranty Tracking: Monitor spending on materials/labor to reduce costs
  • Reporting: Create daily/weekly quality reports
  • Preferred Experience: Consumer or industrial product manufacturing.
