Our client is an international recruitment firm specializing in H-2A, H-2B, and J-1 visa programs. We are seeking to add a Business Development Manager specializing in Hospitality to our rapidly growing organization. If you possess high-level expertise and a strong network within the hospitality community and enjoy fostering relationships through sales, then this role is for you!
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create a pipeline for both short-term and long-term business opportunities.
- Manage partnerships from beginning to end.
- Create new leads, assess opportunities, negotiate, and establish growth partners.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
- 3-5 years of experience in leading business development activities within the hospitality sector or a strong operations background.
- 4+ years of people management experience
- Relationships with hotels, resorts, and/or suppliers.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales or hospitality operations.
- Proactive, independent worker.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER COMPENSATION:
- Base salary along with commission structure
- 401K with employer contribution
