We are seeking an experienced, service oriented remote Receptionist for a growing cleaning company. If you have great communication skills, with the ability to anticipate needs while manage multiple calls, and facilitating client inquiries, or requests, please apply today!

Remote Receptionist Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a receptionist, or similar role within a service oriented company
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to interact with clients
  • Ability to communicate, multitask and be able to convey client needs to the team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic data entry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Remote Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all sales calls, and other inquiries
  • Identify the needs on each call, and transfer the call to the specific person for assistance
  • Direct calls, and schedule and coordinate appointments or meetings as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry
  • Greet call calls in a friendly demeanor, and route calls accordingly
