Operations Manager

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee production and distribution, optimize efficiency, and lead high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage production, distribution, processes, ensuring a balance between all functions.
Supervise up to 40 workers, leading teams in punching, packing, roll forming, powder coating, receiving, shipping, and picking operations.
Drive continuous improvement through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall production and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and on-time delivery standards.

What You Bring:

5-7 years of management experience in manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse operations.
Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
Expertise in metal fabrication, powder coating, and logistics processes (receiving, shipping, and picking).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and OSHA standards.
