General Manager Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of recent General Manager experience in full-service dining
  • Understand and Manage restaurant financial reports with Area Manager
  • Uphold brand standards in all departments
  • Knowledge of local state, & federal health and safety codes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist Area Manager in restaurant operational, financial, and marketing projects and goals
  • Hire, train, motivate, coach & developing staff
  • Ensure quality of food and service to every guest
  • Orders, Inventories, P&L, and cost management
