Director of Nursing Wanted – Step Up and Lead Our Elite Facility!

What You’ll Do:

Lead our nursing staff in providing top-tier care to patients while supporting our medical team
Ensure every nurse is properly certified and delivering care that meets or exceeds state, federal, and organizational standards
Create and update policies to continually improve patient care quality
Implement cutting-edge quality improvement programs to keep us at the top of the game
Ensure all patient care plans are fully documented to meet all requirements

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (required)
Valid RN license
4+ years of nursing supervisory experience, specifically in Long Term Care
In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal healthcare laws
Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
