Are you passionate about authentic Neapolitan pizza and Italian cuisine? Lupo Rosso, an acclaimed family-owned Italian pizza restaurant in Long Island City, is seeking a skilled Pizza & Culinary Specialist to help bring our 200-year-old pizza tradition to life. With plans to franchise and expand, this is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something special!

Key Responsibilities:
- 65% Pizza Making – Craft authentic Neapolitan pizzas using our traditional methods and high-quality ingredients
- 25% Line Cook Duties – Prepare and cook a variety of Italian dishes, including handmade pastas and other specialties
- 15% Front-of-House Support – Assist at the counter and interact with customers during busy hours
- Maintain a clean, organized kitchen while adhering to all food safety standards
- Collaborate with the team to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a pizzaiolo or in a similar culinary role
- A passion for true Italian pizza-making and scratch kitchen cooking
- Ability to multitask and step in where needed—whether in the kitchen or at the counter
- Strong team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills
- A desire to be part of a fast-growing restaurant with big expansion plans
