Our Executive Chef Enjoys:

Our Executive Chef Has:
- 3-5 years of Chef experience (scratch Italian experience is a plus!)
- New restaurant opening experience
- Track record of effectively controlling costs
- Scratch kitchen experience doing 3+ mil/year
- Hands-on approach on the line and in people development
