Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in luxury hotel kitchen management, at least 3 years as Executive Chef
- 3+ years of kitchen leadership in a high-end, high-profile restaurant
- Experience with hotel banquets and working with sales and operations to execute high-end functions
- Formal culinary education preferred
- Strong financial acumen and ability to work within food cost and labor cost guidelines
