Well known national metal recycler seeks a General Manager/Operations Manager/Yard Manager to manage their non-ferrous and ferrous metal processing daily operations. Key responsibilities include staff management, safety, quality, inventory, environmental regulatory compliance.

Scrap Metal Recycling Operations Manager Requirements:
- Leadership & Operations Experience – Proven experience managing teams and overseeing daily operations in a metal recycling or industrial facility, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
- Metal Processing Knowledge – Strong understanding of non-ferrous and ferrous metal processing, including sorting, baling, shearing, and torching, with a focus on quality control and production goals.
- Safety & Compliance Expertise – Familiarity with OSHA regulations, environmental compliance, and equipment maintenance, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
