Food Service Territory Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years high volume fast casual experience
- Experienced in growth of sales
- Development of team and involved in the community
- Critical Thinker who is innovative
- Strong clear communication
Food Service Territory Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure consistency across locations.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
- Train and mentor management teams; foster a positive work culture.
- Maintain high service standards and resolve customer issues.
- Identify business growth opportunities and implement corporate initiatives.
- Act as a liaison between corporate and local teams; ensure clear communication.
