Food Service Territory Manager Qualifications:

  • 2+ years high volume fast casual experience
  • Experienced in growth of sales
  • Development of team and involved in the community
  • Critical Thinker who is innovative
  • Strong clear communication

Food Service Territory Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure consistency across locations.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
  • Train and mentor management teams; foster a positive work culture.
  • Maintain high service standards and resolve customer issues.
  • Identify business growth opportunities and implement corporate initiatives.
  • Act as a liaison between corporate and local teams; ensure clear communication.
