Leasing Manager Responsibilities:

  • Oversee leasing operations for the company
  • Conduct analytics on site surveys, market research, and comparative property analysis
  • Review and evaluate lease negotiations, implement subleasing plans, and develop and manage budgets
  • Communicate with landlords, property managers for issues and implement solutions
  • Prepare reports, financial metrics for upper management

Leasing Manager Requirements:

  • BA in Real Estate
  • At least 7+ yrs in leasing management, including commercial real estate and property operations
  • Proficient in property management software
  • Strong analytic skills, communication, and organizational skills
