Leasing Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee leasing operations for the company
- Conduct analytics on site surveys, market research, and comparative property analysis
- Review and evaluate lease negotiations, implement subleasing plans, and develop and manage budgets
- Communicate with landlords, property managers for issues and implement solutions
- Prepare reports, financial metrics for upper management
Leasing Manager Requirements:
- BA in Real Estate
- At least 7+ yrs in leasing management, including commercial real estate and property operations
- Proficient in property management software
- Strong analytic skills, communication, and organizational skills
