Assistant General Manager – Iconic French Quarter Restaurant

Join our upscale dining concept in the heart of the French Quarter, where we serve exceptional food and beverages in a polished and welcoming atmosphere. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to lead, teach, and uphold our high service standards every day. Our #1 Core Value? Take care of yourself! Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and enforce service standards with a strong focus on systems management
  • Assist the General Manager with full financial responsibilities
  • Act as an advocate for your team, fostering a problem-solving and supportive culture
  • Stay knowledgeable about ingredients, wine, and beverage programs
  • Engage with guests and lead by example in the dining room

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • At least 2 years in a high-volume upscale dining environment
  • Passion for leadership, team development, and exceptional guest service
